well yea i was trying to register when the site just got up just now and when you click/go to the register page, an error pops up are you guys facing the same problem or did they ip banned??? it was fine ytd for me. and yes i did use IE and tried with firefox too same error if someone isn't facing this problem could u create an account for me??

yeppers :p but if you dont have registering guide-korean name and kssn you cant register...... unless you are korean and have your OWN legall kssn O.o
