assassin using tarts should add what stats?

Just max your dex for ever.. i Have secret stats but i dont let that info out anywaii yea just max your dex..:)

LoL Mages have the most problems in PvP due to Blue potions and low Def so that should be a walk in the park.

It seems the most popular and the most simple build would be pure dex, but logical reasoning should tell you that agaisnt warriors it mgiht be difficult at high levels because they should have massive hp compared to the pure dex assassin with just as good if not better or maybe worse attack than the assassin so the assassin would benefit with more def and hp (vit) or max atk and hp (str). By the way does str even affect an assassin's attack? Glove or claw if it matters?
