ok i made account and activated it when i login its say not valid Account ID/Password what do i need to do to make it work

Make sure your ID is in all lowercase letters. Also, just make sure your ID/pass are correct. If so then GPotato seems to be decent about support and you could take it up with them. You may choose to make another account if all else fails.
