How do you get them?

P.S. What level do you need to be to fight enemies in the goblin cave or whatever it's called?

To use a cart you must be over level 50 and complete the Cart Skill quest. Castle Gear haven't I achieved yet, and got no clue about what u talking about with the Goblin Cave..
