Looks like RAN with better(?) graphics, dont remember RAN's graphics cause played it long time a go.

Did you see the minimap at the top of the screen? It looks..... strange.

I think it is a street map.

When you look at the sceenshot it is kinda dark and the environment seems a little bit scary. And it seems the town is Isolated. But are you sure this is an online game...
