Are you asking for his account information (i.e. ID and password)? If you are, nice try....

Anyways, you won't be able to plvl him at all, anymore than a 19 level difference between two party members and no experience is given. If you want to level get into a full advanced contribute party, find 1 partner and just grind non-stop. It's best to have 1 large dmg dealer, and either a tank or a healer.
