I prefer the first, second looks slightly over-done.

what do you mean by over done?

The colour in the second is slightly too colourful.

Also in the first detail is more visible rather than on the second.

v2 is much better, but I think it should be shorter. Also, the sort of "ray of light" thing going on in the sig is too apparent on the right side. In the left side it's blended well, but the right = not so much. But still a more than decent sig. 8.5/10
