i've heard from my "sources" that there is another Guild Wars coming out in Q4 of thi year called Guild Wars:nightwing...anyone know anything about this?

There will probably be a new Guild Wars Q4 this year, but I doubt that 3rd hand gossipish name will be it. Its supposed to be set in a northern Africa sorta place, so Nightwing doesnt sound fitting at all.

Its Guild Wars : Nightfall.. and heard they will be mounts, not sure with that.

There probably wont be mounts... as with Faction... not much new stuff but skills and professions

Guildwars never had mounts and probably wont ever have.

nightfall is a rumor, but there is a chance that it is true. All i kno is that with the stuff i heard, there will be mounts. Thats so friggen 1337 lol. now imagine, a nuker on a flying griffen :eek:

Mounts would ruin the game, so they probably wont put that in..
and if the name is put in by the devs on a certain site wont say that everything on that site is true..

i can see why people agree with you but i think that there is too much info on too many sites for their not to be something going on...

also, i think i'm going to maybe put a new thread up each time i find some substancial info about the game

I cant see why mounts would ruin the game; i do however udnerstand that map travel is possible.

I think that if they add mounts the main problem would be WoW players goign crazy and laughing in our faces. No Mounts is the safer way to go... i do like mounts though: Oblivion horses were cooooool

The problem with mounts would be that you could run trough everything and no one needed to fight from town to town anymore, since everyone would be able to run by themselves... also the Factions and Prophecies campaigns dont have that

Besides whats the point? You can run to places, then tele back. No real need for mounts.

They haven'y even announced that yet...so how would you know?

because they wont put it highes cause of the pvp differences and inbalance and completely different playstyle wich would ruin it for older players
