After you click ok to that error does it refer back to any section in the registration, cause usually when i had an error making the under 14 netmarble account the error was something i put in on the page that caused an error.

It could be the Date of Birth area, since if your under 14 person you have is not the right age compared to the Date of Birth of the parent.

Not sure though but usually after clicking ok, it goes to the location where the error is.

So many of these guides It's gettin kinda annoying O_o

yes that's true u dont need kssn under 14, but it would need a parent approval + you'll be restricted to playing some games etc. etc.

14 or lower method still asks for kssn (i think its bugged) but there arn't kssns below 14. >_>

its the same error i answered before. "This id is unusedable, please input it again" though the korean line below your id says its available.

you should try using a number thats not in your kssn. actually, you should
do fine without numbers in your account.

You need a valid name and kssn that could be found in google. make sure the kssn is around 92xxxx to 94xxxx

there is another way to copy and paste. ctrl+c and ctrl+v most of the websites don't allow right clicks. some sites don't let you press ctrl+v though there is still a way to paste, shift+insert

i don't remember the registration requirements for netmarble since i registered a while ago,
but are you sure you're meeting the requirements? such as having to insert at least 6 letters into your username or requiring it to have numbers in your username, etc.

one of the problems that i have encountered before occurs when you're login id has the same "name" as your secret answer. for example if your login id is bob46565 your secret answer cant be bob. for the cell phone problem. when u type in your cellphone number just dont click the orange box and you should be fine. also use a kssn with the age of 14 - 18.

and what the ID requirements are (uppercase needed, 8~16 letters etc).

the ID i registered for netmarble a while ago contained numbers,
so i'm suspecting that you'll need to add a couple (or at least one) number in there~

Ok for the life of me I can't figure out how to get the text under the username box to show in korean it shows in random gibberish and Yes I changed my Regional and I have East Asian Languages installed. :( Its the only real reason I think I can't register because on firefox the font shows up and it says the username was free.

after changing the locale you gotta reboot for it to take effect

note: if your main language's alphabet doesn't use special chars (commas over a's and such or some form of weird o's or c's heh) then you can keep the korean locale on by default (if your language does use them then reading those chars in some applications might be difficult cuz they'll be displayed as ??'s)

it really isn't necessary to use the disk anyways because there are backup files within the storing disk.

That would be probably great, but it can't work like that.

Korean Residential Cell Phones have a area code of 010,011,016,.... and so on.
Unless you own a phone that was registered in Korea, its pretty hard to do so. I think its probably the best way to keep us out from their games :(

I usually make my usernames in this form, (letters)(numbers) like Makas213 or something like that.

Well if you know how to use Microsoft Applocale, you can make it run Internet Explorer in Korean, so that the message that comes up under your Nickname entry, will come out as Korean characters. When those Korean characters come up, you can just copy them and use Google Translator to help out, it gives a decent translation of it.

the fix for the nicknames is, make sure its letters and numbers, I have made accounts this way, it just takes some tries though. Since most of the time my names are taken up.

try sari2843 or something, add extra numbers, try different numbers and different names.
its all about randomizing it so that its easier to get a nickname that works =D

That translation is quite awkward, but it might mean that your kssn is too old, and is unable to register, the word "Death" shows up, so it might mean the owner died lol

I just read it too on babelfish but it says something that because we have chosen to the option "self verification" instead of sms it means we have to send in paper to show that we really are the ones on the KSSN, so if we are not we are quite screwed! Dang this!

what we should do now?

Well a couple of options:

1. Be adopted by a korean family and get a new KSSN and move there and get a mobile
2. Threaten a korean to make an account for you
3. Be a korean and have no problem
4. Find out this KSSN person is and photoshop his documents so the government thinks its you
5. Marry a korean and move there
6. Make a song hit that koreans love so you can make a tour there and then you have sex with a lot of women and ask them to make account.
7. Join one of those webcam chat spams that you reciece on msn regularly and ask them in the chat to make one for you.

That is probably all you can do ;)

From the looks of it you need your Parent's name and kssn and choose first option, which means you have to receive email authentication.

also I would recommend doing the process in Internet Explorer cause of Active X stuff.

I can only read a little bit of the picture, if you can get a larger image, so I can read the characters, I could figure it out a little bit more =D

Yeah, that's what it is... is there any way to fake your way past this point? Or can I just go on using a temporary account without any worries?

Edit: Okay, I got past the parent bullshit, now I have to enter EVEN more info. What makes it worse, is that it will not accept any 'effing nickname I put in. I've seriously tried at least 300 different names it will not work. This is just like when you have to make a goddamn ID and it won't accept any names.

Yes Netmarble is like that, since there are tons and tons of users.

They dislike users who have too similar of names it seems.

its pretty much make it unique blah blah add numbers and so on. It takes a lot tries I heard, recently that is.

Hmm, well I was wondering... it asks for a phone number later in the more info deal. Is it mandatory to do this? Can I fake my way through it? I'll get a screenshot if you need more info.

dont feel bad everyone gets stuck at that point i made a account by a miracle and somehow got the nickname zerowing00 on my first try but after that i cant make another account for someone else
