Does anyone know how to get combo from Schuteberk (officer)? I am lvl 10 already but it doesn't work for some reason. Can someone list the steps to get it? Thanks!

u need to finish the quest, plus you need the require "growth lvl stats"
and u can finish any quest at any lvl....if ur missing require stats, go lvl up ur skill rank or grind a few more lvls.
