Since PHP/MySQL and Flash are scripting languages used for building web sites, I suggest you learn: HTML (I'm guessing you already know this XD), CSS (Oh you REALLY need this), and JavaScript (Nifty!).
But if you're trying to go to the game developing side, I suggest you learn C++.

Without question, learn Javascript. It's the best bridge from the languages you're familiar with to C++. This is, of course, assuming that C++ (the end-all be-all of coding languages) is your ultimate goal.
Also, from Javascript, you may want to stop over and learn Java. It's, in fact, what my game is being coded in and is very comparable to C++

C++To add onto Naruto, C++ isnt just for making games. You can make basically anything, so besides games you can make programs/applications.

5.Can you OOP in php?(Object Oriented Programing)
6.Advanced looping?(foreach and so on (while and for dont count))
7.References?

Those are key php things.
Try www.php.net for advanced php tutorials.

XML. If you ever want to incorporate sql, php, and flash, the easiest and most dynamic way would be through xml. So thats my suggestion. It's easy to learn anyways, there's just a lot of small details.
After that get into C based languages like plus plus and sharp.
