Does anyone else here have that problem on the FlyFF webpage where you can't seem to access the page where you register?

The problem is that when you enter that page it comes up with:

Not Found

The requested URL /support/register_agreement.php was not found on this server.

Its been happening for a day now, give or take. If anyone could give any input on this it would be vastly appreciated.
