I belive it's something like " Cut the Sky." Something around that area. I forgot >.<. I'm not chinese but I remember in forum57 we discuessed about it.

I reckon the meaning of the words in the skill Panics is pretty awesome. Its so cool how the game has these little things implemented ;)
