Alright so this is the problem...i LAG a little too much in guild wars factions and sometimes in the missions. Here are the details of my computer.

AMD Sempron Processor 3200+
1.80 ghz
1.00 GB of RAM
80 GB Hardrive
ATI RADEON 9250

ISnt my computer meeting the recommend requirements? If so, then why do I still have some lag or a low FPS? Any solutions to this problem?
