This morning, I was playing on oister and...it was just feeling so hopeless. Usually once I get to 50%, I can feel the next level coming, and things don't look so crappy anymore. Not today. I was training on...drakes I think, and a bandit comes on the map to KS me. I got super pissed, because he was 15 levels lower than me, and kicking my *** in damage numbers. I asked him about his equips, and the only thing scrolled was his weapon. Here is where I decided.

I quit my sin completely (sold his junk) and got 15 mill out of it. I decided I REALLY do like the theif look, but...a sin is just not practical to me. Bandits are where its at in my oppinion, and sins are just too damn expensive. Bandits bandits bandits...all I could think about while on my mage.


So, I started to play my bandit again. Just to get a feel of what it was like (him being level 41 with 33%) I liked it, and got fast enough xp, so...


I decided to TEMPORARILY retire Oisterboy.


Its not a typical retirement (where I would sell all his equips and never look at him again)...but I want to get my bandit to level 50 for the china set, and then I will be satisfied with him. Once I get my bandit to level 50, I feel like I will want to play Oister again, so I can kill different stuff. I just really needed a break.


So, guild friends, buddylist friends, please, (keep oister on your buddy lists, it wont take me THAT long) make a note that I will be on my bandit from now until prolly mid-april trying to get him to level 50.

Congrats on the 1000. Maybe that guy was a low-to-no dex player and he could do all of that damage or he coulda been lying.

But playing a different type of character is a nice change of pace. Good luck on your Bandit.

Thats great oister but i usually just quit ms for a couple of weeks until the humanpopalvuaofmaple virus gets to me then i join again!

Ah a Gephart just like I used back in the day! That brings back memories. Make sure to go a bit low dex to keep the leveling at a faster rate. Only saying this if you don't decide to quit it too soon. (Please don't, I don't want to get in to too many Bandit hating threads again).:(

Mine is like 4 above, thats why I am still using it...I was gonna just 100% it, but I'm close to using my wagner now (also very below, I might just 100% that, and get a fin once I'm 60, haven't decided)

I managed to get my bandit to 53, But lost motivation. Why? I can't afford a wagner, and shinks glitch to not use booster pisses you off, So Make it a priority. I strongly suggest not to train at drakes till 48ish. I trained 43-49 at Jr cellions( The red ones) And found around 8.1m in items. So Good Luck:)

About the Bandit advice, I'm pretty sure you made a topic like this before. Try searching it because I'm pretty sure I answered some of your questions way back then. If not, PM me with your questions and I'll be able to help you with what I still know. XD Oh and don't worry, he better not quit his Bandit or else I'll have to log on Maple which I haven't done in so long just to holler at him.:3
