I heard that only a certain number of country's can play the game but if what your location is saying is true then how do you play it?

I would recommend to buy Battlefield 2. Because Warrock is ripped of BF 2.

While I really don't support Warrock after gave certain features a monthly fee, the truth of the matter is, the Warrock korean beta was available before Battlefield 2. ;)
Regardless, if you have the money, just buy BF2.
One-Time-Fee for everything > Monthly Fee

Yes, I believe there is an IP block in place for outside the US. Could be wrong though...

It is, in fact true that Warrock only supplies a limited number of countries. They've set up servers on a few countries around the world including US, London, and a few other ones but none are in Asia. I've got a friend in US and he lent me his account, making a new one. However, I ended up with no servers when I logged into the game after all (Even if I used an IP Spoofer).
*IP Spoofer=One that allows you to fake your IP.
So I eventually came up with this conclusion:
Warrock does NOT IP Ban. But rather, it detects someone's ping from all the servers. If the client's ping is over a limited amount, then he won't see a certain server. For instance, if Singapore is 1000000 miles away from a certain country, then the country's server will not be visible to someone who lives in Singapore.
If you're desperate for a f2p fps, I suggest you wait for a few days and try Soldier Front. It's not bad of a game, just lacking some qualities I assume.

I am actually waiting for soldier front and am currently playing the japanese version but what makes me want to play warrock is because of the gameplay and maybe of a little blood splatering and the vehicles maybe.

I am personally living in Hong Kong, a city very close to Singapore. I've uninstalled warrock ages ago. I'm currently playing Half-Life and its mods with True Combat Elite as an alternative when I get bored.
You can view my post here with more information about True Combat Elite:
