Im looking for an mmorpg (preferably free) with a certain attribute that you can level up to increase attack speed. By this i mean a stat that you can put points into to make you attack faster, like DEX or AGI.
A few games that I have played that has this is:

Ragnarok online
Rappelz
Flyff
Warcraft 3

Anyone know of any games that have this? also does 9dragons have this?

Most likely an assassin attacks faster but you also need attack as well though. (x

I'm not sure about 9dragons. I have an account there and I tried playing it, but it was too confusing (played for a few mins). So I just uninstalled the game.

and mu online yes does let u lvl fast BUT its only for short period of time cuz i remembered getting to lvl 53 easy then it was slow

and i remembered getting to lvl 30 then lvling slow soo idk the whole time period for how long it lets u lvl fast

As you can see, he's wondering what game has STATS that can increase attack speed.

OHhh, I just thought of another one.

RYL1 & RYL2. When I tried it last year, I chose rogue, and I attacked so fast, it was crazy. I think I raised dex a lot on it, and it was fun attacking fast.

^I played pirate king, but there is a stats that increase attack speed? o.O From what i've seen, I haven't seen anyone attack fast, although I am a level 40 cleric.

yes there is. agi makes ur attack speed blazing fast. affective on crusaders and archer. ofcourse I don't see clerics that pump up agi.

rose online, theres the p2p, the krose version or.. the *cough* servers. Raiders attack so darned fast when you raise dexterity, and they can move realy fast aswell using that..
