Fallout 1 & 2 are technically turn-based and damn good games.

Fallout 2 is a decent choice. Final Fantasy 7 is also nice. Thats what im playin right now.

FF8 on the PC has better graphics then the 1 on the PS1 so FF8 would be a good choice ^^

The last turn-base RPG I played on the PC was Grandia 2 :D lol

Grandia 2 is great, i was lucky that my pc was able to play it. 700mhz 320mb ram a pretty old pc. If u can then u should try out Grandia 2

Breath of fire 4 is for PC, i think it was the last PC port of the BOF series to. I wish they would make/port more Turn based rpgs to PC.

heroes of might and magic V is pretty good though its kinda like a tactics turn based

Another good turn-based game is KotOR I and KotOR II!

Not really, u can look for disciples 2 put most of them have trials like 3 hours. Luckily my friend did find a site with Bof 4 and i immediently downloaded it. Bof is one of the best series of rpg. But thats my opinion. But good luck findings these games.
