you could try http://www.rakion.com/ , i haven't played it in a long time but, back when it first came out i was playing almost every day for months.

Rakions not an RPG its kinda like an action fighter game but yeah dude ur asking for a lot most games eventually bore out and the ones that dont are P2P and very pricey personally if i wouldnt have found Ferentus id still be playing Guild wars but Ferentus is gone so...hmmm....you could try umm....FlyFF everyone insults but its my "safety net" game if another one of my games leaves.

Guild Wars doesnt work on my comp it crashes my graphics card it worked on other comp though and plus forgot pass and my email acc got deleted [they wont try get it me back -.-]

that processor is really good, if you add a lil more ram, or upgrade your card you will enjoy alot more games, just tryin to help :D
The games iv liked are
- Silkroad - the whole mercent vs thief vs hunter got me addicted!!
- FlyFF - nice graphics, will work on your machine, maybe more ram would help.
- Maplestory - One of my first mmorpgs, lots of friends... really fun, not now though -.-
- Knight Online - Will run fine on your comp.
- Suprime Destany - You might like the pet system, and the armour, will run well on your comp (hopefully).

Yep, And still most of thoses games won't fit with his GFX card... So for now on unless he wants to buy a new GFX card... Those games aren't of help... I'm not even sure about maple story working on a 32mb card.. but still he said games that doesn't bore... And maple story is pure grind so :X...

I enjoyed silkroad except for the really bad lag in the towns.. thats why i quit cos i had to go there a lot to start quests and buy new equipment..

Wasnt too keen on FlyFF it just wasnt for me.

I REALLY liked knight online until they brought out a new update and then it was just a black screen on the login and i could hear just the music? =[
And Supreme destiny was quite a good game too i might start that again lol ^^

And atm i dont have any money for new GFX card or more RAM and plus i use a laptop =] so not sure if i could install em.

Hehe, seems your in the same stage with the com as my GF.. Except she has 512mb of ram after upgrading it. Oh and guys/gals, that processor might be high speed but from the looks of it, the com is rather old so it's not that good of a processor I think.

As for the games:

DragonRaja. Old school game, really good IMO. Just started playing it again even tough there isn't that much of a community these days. http://www.newraja.com/

Not that many I can think of for low end PC's which doesn't bore you up. ^^ Hope this helps even a little.

Umm try Voyager Online if you have a good enough Graphic card and it will actually work well ( which is should) it could be alot of fun i was playing it for 3 months now even though it randomly just shut down cause of my low specs.

There's one thing I have to say about WoW: EEEEWWWWWW. The only game worse than that is Runescape, but that's my opinion. And it's P2P, anyway.
