The game is installed, I click the play live button, then it says "Checking installed files.." and then "HGstart9USA has encountered a problem and needs to close, we are sorry for the inconvenience". Yes, I've tried restarting, re-downloading, AND re-installing, even deleting every game that had to do with ijji, but it still doesnt work :/

It worked fine on the Closed Beta. And while we're at the topic of help, When I play GunZ, it works fine until the GUNZ LOGIN window, nothing appears, And the only button available is the EXIT button. And also it was fine last year.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same problem with SF weird thing is i played it today(i even played it yesterday when it was released), and after i logged off to go do something it wont start again.
Also with gunz i have that trouble too which last time i played i was able to start it up with no problem (was about 2 or 3 days ago).

I thought it was just me. But now i know it isnt and im sure there alot more people out there experiencing this.
