The key here is the word answer, which insinuates resolution or conclusion. As opposed to nzrock, which insinuates the education system needs to be enforced by the military.

The Urban Dictionary IS NOT a real dictionary, it is like Wikipedia, where anyone can post anything they want to.
If you search the word "retorical" on a real dictionary site such as dictionary.com or m-w.com, it will tell you that "retorical" is not a real word, and the first suggestion for spelling will be "rhetorical"

Never rely on any information from either Wikipedia, or the Urban Dictionary if you are trying to prove someone wrong.

oh and the reason it didn't go into OB right away is not they were translating or doing an update, they were waiting for somone to buy cabal online. As of this moment it is unsure who has bought it, but rumours r spreading around that early march will be the release. although it's just a rumour. don't hold me to it :D

They didn't say it was sold, that's just an assumption.
