Easily the best web-based MMORPG is Runescape..but anime based? Unless you class Dragonquest or Battleon as anime based..I can't help you.

I couldn't see any rules about showing peeps other games ( though other forums don't allow referrals )

Its not Anime based, but it has PVE and PVP and the only trade is with other players ..ie can't sell items to the shops.

then you should also know this forum doesn't allow referalls, so don't try to cover it up with an image
