Well I'm trying to finish my foreigner registration for pmang. Well not I come to the final part but I don't know what the selections are for my FAQs or what ever. Anyways, What I need is the meaning of these selections to choose from.

I know the first two but what does the rest means and what selection do I need to choose to use my ID card to finish the selection.

Or better yet. can someone make a registration guide to this part right here

btw, i hate kssn stealers, but i'll just answer your question anyways -
the first 6 digits in the kssn you see is the birthday in the order of [year/month/day].
so for example, it's the number is 870307, that means the person was born on march 7, 1987.
so do the math and since it seems like you're doing it the illegal way, find a kssn that is under 18~

not encouraging people to use other people's kssn, but i'm just generalizing what a kssn consists of,
there is no info whatsoever on how to obtain a kssn etc ;0~
