Does anyone know of a game with a summoner class? 3D Preferably.

Ferentus had one, but I think that game died. I can't really think of any other...Though I think Rubies of eventide had summons.

Final Fantasy XI has the best summoner class, but thats p2p. So other then that I don't know.

You can always wait until 2moons goes open beta, that game has a great summoner class :D

WOW has one and so does diablo.(if by summoner you mean a class that summon things like necros,warlocks.)

If you don't care its p2p City of Villains has one, called Master Mind. You can summon from a selection of Zombies, Robots, Thugs, Ninjas and Soldiers.

You could also try LastChaos it has a summoner class (it's called sorcerer but its the same thing)
