To me one of these games is better no doubt but what do you think?

CS for sure... CS Requires skill. SF Requires good Spray and a high ping.
SF is a cheap game. It sucks i got a 20-1 score when i was solo against 5 man because i had a ping of 400 :p.

Ill be seriously disgusted if anyone says sf..

Laggers ruin everything in SF and the sp recharge is only 10k!! Thats not even enough for repairs so we will soon find that the sf veterans will keep loosing to the newbies because the veterans have to fight with completly destroyed weapons.

i voted for SF, just because living in australia playing on US servers, i get an average ping of about 180, on SF thats average and i can still kill people, on CS i can barely even hit people so it totally ruins the game for me.

the question is so obvious, i'm not gonna say anything. Cs is a classic that came with one of the most revolutionizing fps games. Cs is highly realistic and takes a mixture of skill and tactics, which sf has none. You just can't say sf, it does not make sence at all.

I believe the point of this thread is to compare the games not how much they cost (I know SF is free) but the question being asked is which game is better not which game would be better for someone who can't even afford something that costs £5, so please when casting your vote think about which one is funner overall.

they barely even share the same concept, sf is hardly counter terrorism. The objectives are - Get here or take this, thats it. Other than that its just 2 teams of terribly rendered soldiers laggily shooting each other and spamming grenades everywhere.

and to all of those people that say sf wins because its free, you dont have an opinion, you are basing it on monetary costs, not on the actual game, perhaps if we said - if sf cost 10 bucks, so did cs and you had to buy one of them, Which would you buy? this would be a more realistic competition, otherwise we get cheap little kids who think a game is infinitely better because its free.

This really shouldn't be a comparison lol. Even i'll admit I liked Counter-Strike a bit more. But the Poll isn't really legitimate since there are different versions of CS. For me, I still believe CS1.3 was the best version. I played a little of CSS, its pretty nice.

Although I do believe SF has more to offer if you're not too big on graphics...

Oh and SF was actually released around 2004ish in Korea. But yeah, graphics are still not what it can be. But hey, its free :)
