I'm not sure exactly what your talking about but you there is 1 turn based stratagy mmo that I'v seen. It's called Battle Arena I think. If your looking for a real time stratagy you might want to look into Shatered Galaxy, Savage or Allegience. Shatered Galaxy feels more like an rpg but it has rts style gameplay. Savage and Allegience both play a bit the same. There are 2 teams and 1 person on the teams orders troops around and builds bases from an rts veiw(but the other player play in first person or third person). The big difference between the 2 are that Savage is fantasy themed and allegience is Sci-fi themed).
