Everytime I try to log into cabal it says my ip is being blocked. Is there anyway that I can get rid of this.

Cabal Euro blocks any other country's ip not in Europe, I suggest you try and have a shot at registering on either Cabal JP or Cabal Kor (needs KSSthingy), I'm on Cabal Kor btw ign Misterli, lvl 30 warrior. On the other hand, if your patient enough you can wait for Cabal US which should release its public open beta early March.
