This question is a cliche by now and it's boring, but what can YOU do?

You need someone who knows html, css, php/perl, mysql or maybe another popular supported database. Basically, anyone that can take an underappreciated job and unrealistic views of the game development and it's workload to turn your half assed idea into a game.

Now if you had listed what you've done so far...

What you're learning, what skills you have, what you know/your own experiences.

Maybe some kind of design documentation... or some papers with your brainstorming on it, maybe some gameplay mechanics or scripts... or a way to at least turn ideas for game play into scripts for the game.

You gave us nothing... and we will assume you have nothing until proven else wise, at least research the requirements and needs for game development before trying to bullshit us...everyone does this. I've been polite for too long, I dont even care anymore. I dont enjoy doing this the nice way anymore, I'm putting my personal influences into my posts.

Again...maybe jumping to conclusions when stating that he's the usual wanna be dev, but I've covered the topic of such people in my own article...stickied somewhere in these forums because I see them too much.
