it's battle mode 2, u get it at lvl 50 only after u finish the long quest...

it requires 5000sp (1 square of that yellow bar). u get sp by killing mobs.

saying the specific number "5000" makes it sound scary XD, its actually pritty easy to get a bar from monsters ^^ , yeh BM2 for archers is really cool =)
