In the last 7 days there were 2 friends that i know for almost 2 years ingame which got a ban for nx fraud shortly after they charged it. Both had enough $ on their paypal accound tho.

I know they didn't something wrong with paypal, also not with hacking/3rd party etc.

Normally i'm the type who says "there are no legal bans, everyone of them HAS made something bad before".
But as these kinda bans get reported on sw.net also it seems that there's really a prob with the NX currently and as we all know wizet's response time (from 2 months to never) i would just give you a warning.

Yeah the GMs are well...gone? All we have is Kahlua and Lambcook i think :\.

There are legal bans though, some people just get banned for no reason, although it would be temp.

I charged NX cash last wednesday (only some hours after your initial posting). So far no ban. I doubt there will be. My NX account, my paypal account, my credit card. Everything 100% correct.

I never said that it will happen to all people that charge nx, but it can. NXjoe already confirmed the bug, he also said it gets only a small percentage of the nx buyers. Still, when i'm one of the few i would be pissed, that's why i told it.
