Alright people, I did a spyware scan earlier today, just checking for the usual things. Well, I found I had a keylogger, God only knows what from. So I deleted it, and went to change my password. I do that, and it says the verification e-mail has been sent. Now, I have never had any problems with this before, but today it was taking a while, so I actually go to the Road Runner website instead of outlook, and guess what I find. My e-mail account no longer exists. For those that don't realize what this means, I can not get into my account AT ALL, as I need to verify it. I decided that before I get super pissed and start breaking things, I'd ask if anybody knew of a way to change the e-mail on my account without being verified, as it seems that I cannot.

Even if you can't help me out, thanks for reading. I'mma go be pissed off now.

Sad thing to hear... I don't think you can change your email just like that, this way anyone could change it if they knew your id and pass. Anyway - good luck trying to get your acc back.

Im not 100% sure but i dont even think you can change your email.

I realize that now. It was just a pathetic attempt at hope. Oh well, suppose I'll be starting over.

Lefos try giving this a try. RECREATE the msn account (using the same name and crap) then RESEND the verification.

Assuming that it still has that one email set it should work.

Alright, after much *****ing to Wizet/Nexon, Road Runner, various people on my MSN list, and my step-dad, I learned that my account was NOT dead, but the password altered. Well, after a good deal of attempting to get in and sent-emails, I simply did a reset of my e-mail account on the POP3 server via my step-dads "Master" account. I didn't want to do this considering how much crap was in that folder and I have NO clue what it was, but oh well.

Horay! It's not dead!^_^ That's stinking great! Now you don't have to start over right? Even if you did have to start over you could leach off of my underbelly for food :)

Lefos, even if you hadn't gotten your verification code, you should have atleast transfered all your stuff from your existing character.

You can not access the account in any way if it is unverified(other than for verification, of course). Meaning, I could NOT log on in game.

Either way, I have my account back, so please let this topic die.
