I was once addicted to runescape but gave my account away and i cant go back. i played a little knight online but it was to one demensional. ive tried legend of ares and it was to small. i love lvling and quests, and discovering places to go. i like mining and crafting etc.Plus i love when theres many races and occupations to choose from. im playing last chaos but it isnt that great. ive heard of rohan is this good. basicly i need some help finding a new mmorpg, id like it to be free. thanks

You could try a taiwanese game (korean actually but the taiwanese 1 doesn't have wipes) Mabinogi has fishing, cooking, mining, refining, blacksmithing, harvesting and a few more. Also a good combat system and dungeon system.
