Even if you did unless you have literally the best PC on the market since last month you would be lucky to get a constant 30 fps. you wont touch anything near 60 fps. And 90% of all games don't work or crash 5 hours into them ext.

Lmao. Exactly. I was just about to post that you would need a top of the line machine to get even a less-than-decent fps. Also, a ROM is a game ripped off of a cartridge. A game ripped from a disc is an ISO. Also, yes, any warez talk is not allowed.
