What music player do you use while playing games and what not I'm looking for a good organized one because Itunes skips even while in FireFox (I know its sad) and I thought Winamp was really unorganized.

Foobar2000, is the the audiophile's music player of choice wiht features like gapless playback, 5.1 to stereo conversion, splitting into 4 channels and the best equalizer available on a media player. It was created by some of the people who brought you Winamp, its interface is kinda bland but the pro to that is that it usually uses less than 4k resources, sometimes even 1-2k, but its audio option and dozens of plug-ins available more than make up for its blandness.

I use WMP 10 for Windows and AmaroK for Linux.
Both are great. WMP 10 has a really good performance. iTunes has a REALLY bad performance.
Itunes skips even while in FireFox (I know its sad)
Same problem here.XO

If ya read my post, you'd find a player which will not make your games lag.

If you don't liek the current winamp skin, try some others. MMD3 is a very good and clean one.
If you're dealing with a huge library, there arn't that many players that have a very extensive library support.
foobar is a good music player if thats all you're looking for.

I just listen to my iPod. That way theres no lag and if i want to switch songs i don't have to pause and minimize

Maybe you can try the TrillyTunes plugin for Trillian if you IM. Or just get it for the music player alone.

you can always plug you iPod into a pair of speakers. or get those little double headphones things. plug it into your speaker jack then plug one into your speakers and the other into your ipod that'll have the same effect of using a player

I used to use MediaMonkey, because my iTunes had the same trouble as yours (and eventually just quit on me). But, now, I gave up on Windows, and use the Mac version of iTunes (which is better). MediaMonkey seemed GREAT.

I use Winamp, I just let it shuffle along my playlist, I don't change songs unless I really hate the current one. xD

Itunes skips for you? I have no problem with Itunes running any other program, or games.
Proly your computer?
Back way back when, I used to use Winamp. Now I switched up to Itunes.

I have 256 MB of RAM and itunes never skips while browsing. Do you have a bunch of other processes running or something?
