I'm glad you apologized, they would have been all over you.
Yes we all like maple story...I guess its just to what degree do we like it...
I like it because its more fun than most RPG's, because most people arn't that serious about the game...its nice being in a community where people are *mostly* relaxed.

Maplestory is a very "relaxed" game, one that i play when i'm not playing WoW. It's simplicity and cartoony graphics remind me of my sega way back when. Although the community isnt that great at times its one of those games that you can just sit back and just kill monsters again, and again. Though if you don't like "grindfests" i would highly reccomend not playing this game because thats really all it is. Also if your the type of person who takes what people say personally then i would say the same because derogatory people are quite frequent.
~anyways if you decide to play it go on channel bera :3 .

(I haven't posted here in ages, but I saw OnRPG in my Bookmarks, so I decided to see what's new)
The reason you probably didn't like MS was the grind. I've gotten two character to LVL ~25, but just gave up because of the massive grind. I didn't have the time or resources to being playing that long and to be that dedicated; I also didn't have a guild, or that many friends (none of which were RL friends) to keeps me company, or encourage me to keep playing.
Another thing that may be troubling you (but didn't bother me a bit) were the 2-D graphics. Some people love it, some hate it. Some are in the middle. It's all a matter of preference.
