it was nowhere near sarcasm... plus i don't get how playing a racing game will be any fun. its just like trying to drill a hole into the earths core with a rock.

Hiring hmm? that means your paying, how much and when? I'd do work for money

This is a semi-unofficial post by a member of our team but it's obviously more effective to this specific audience then my usually long and detailed posts. I just need to correct a few possible misconceptions:

1) Payment
It's not wages and we don't have a lot of profits. What happens is at the end of every month new profit shares are issued or awarded to active and productive staff at the discretion of administration. Profit shares are accumulated - and entitle you to a fraction of 75% of the profits.

So if there's 100 profit shares and you have 2 of them, you get 1.5% of the profits. If there's 500 profit shares and you have 50 of them you get 7.5% of the profits. If you have any questions please ask.

2) Position

However you did not state that this project is unorganized and nobody but you has access to code put you project on sourceforge and use their SVN

he must REALLY not trust anyone who simply asks to be on the team.

Exactly and they use file system and not mysql LOL so not secure way easy hack
