Hey you guys... I'm looking for an asian oriented RPG for PC. Something along the lines of Jade Empire but less linear.

when i noticed the topic name, i was going to suggest Jade Empire. But how exactly is Jade Empire linear :s. I think you are playing it wrong then.

anyway, i can't come up with any other oriental offline rpg at the moment, perhaps dynasty warriors hyper, or onimusha, but those are more hack and slash kind of games you see

Own both of them, I was thinking more martial arts oriented

Shenmue1 (Dreamcast only) and Shenmue2(Xbox) are two of my favorite asian RPG/Adventure games. It's more modern day, and it is a bit linear, but it's a really good game, lots of stuff to do. Can get jobs, play old sega games in the arcades, can even buy crap from gumball marchines O_o. pt1 takes place in Japan, pt2 takes place in Hongkong mostly, you move around china a bit though.
