Hey, yesterday I got a game called Virtual Villagers 2. It's not exactly a rpg more than it is a sim...but...oh well. I need help 'cuz I ran into a SERIOUS problem and da LDW forums where this shuld be wont let me sign up...

Here's my problem....I kept my guys fishing and from overfishing, you get algae, that green dirty stuff in water or sumtin... Fishing is da only source of food I have and now the water is filled with green smoke. So, I can't get any more fish so I HAD to pause the game until I can get help with this. 'Cuz I dont want everyone to starve and whatnot.

I looked on da site and it said for this problem, I must have a master scientist (I have one) and must have farming lvl.3.... I only got lvl.1. After I get lvl.3, it says I bring my scientist to the POND, not ocean, POND and he'll get algae eating fish. that's basically how I clear da ocean....NOW! I only got farming lvl.1 but I dunno if i can still do it or not, or if i HAVE to have farming lvl.3. 'Cuz if i GOTTA have lvl.3 farming, i dun think we'll survive...:( It's a lotta tech points for farming lvl.3 too >_<....

Does anyone have any sugestions, help, tips or anything to at LEAST get my villagers to survive until I can get enuff tech points or is der another way to get da fish or sumtin'? THANK YOU FOR ANYONE WHO TRIESSS TO HELP! I'M GRATEFUL! *bows*

Well...um, never played so I don't know how the game works, but I would go for livestock. Get some chickens and cows and use the eggs and meat for food. Again, don't know how the game works, so I don't know if that's the solution to your problem. Just tryin ta help! >_<

That'd be cool alright but...no... >_< They don't have livestock. They're stranded on like an island. And my ocean where I get fish for food has algae in it so i can't fish. Thanks for help though :)
