Um, I didn't know where to post this... But I have a question about the avatar pics? I have a new avatar I would like to post, but when I enter the URL of the website, I receive an error message. I was able to use it on sw.net, but apparently it's not wanting to work here. :-/ Can anyone help out plox?

I think OnRPG prevent you from linking to images outside. there is no way to go around it unless the admin change the settings.

Its not going around it, its to use its other feature. You can upload but the file size is limited. So if you want a high quality image taking a lot of space, you cant.

Its possible. Just you have drop it to 120 by 120 pixels (or less) and optimize the hell out of it using FireWorks/Photoshop/Imageready?
PNG pictures are GENERALLY to large for the limits on the avatars, and saving that same image into JPEG through Paint...
just destroys the quality (usually). Only way around is stated.

And with that out of the way, the current restrictions prohibit loading images from other sites, a maximum resolution of 120x120, and a maximum size of 13.7 kilobytes.

Compression is your friend.

make sure you end the url in .jpg or .gif or another ."pic" thing
