From the main website,

We will be issuing town stocks from 1:00 AM GMT on June 12, 2006 to 1:00 AM GMT on June 13, 2006.
Stock Exchange System has been modified for the new Global GoonZu Beta version. Please review the following information carefully before you attempt to participate.

1. Stocks will be issued for the following town:
- Kucha (593, 360)

2. There will be total of 10,000 shares on sale and each user who participates the public subscription will receive 20 shares for 5000 marbles per share. (In other words, you need to have 100,000 marbles in cash.)

3. Announcement will be made before the stock market opens.

4. When the stock offer begins, go to the stock market in any town.

5. Right-click on the Stock Market to open up the stock market window.

6. Click on the 'Public Subscript' button.

7. Drop down the empty slot to find the name of the town.

8. Choose the listed town and click on the 'To subscribe' button.

9. Announcement will be made before the stock market closes.

10. The stocks will be randomly distributed to the users who are online at the time when the stock market closes at 1:00 AM GMT sharp.

11. If you are not online when the stock market closes, then you will lose a chance to receive your shares.

12. When you fail to receive the stocks, your money will be refunded.

13. You need to be level 20 or higher to participate in the event

And after you've successfully gotten stocks...

Vote for Indalecio/AkabaneKurodo running for town chief! A veteran in the game and a great organiser. Here's his speech from http://z13.invisionfree.com/Goonzu/index.php?showtopic=1749
First, to avoid inactiveness I will have one to two people I trust share my TC account... Those people will have had past experience with running a town , and help make up for my lack of inability in that area. I admit i've never run a town before. Which is why i'm going to be doing that.

Second, I am very much for a democratic process. Buildings,NPCs,Policies, will all be voted on and revised by the residents to customize the town for the best possible atmosphere. I'll also appoint a side panel of players to deal with any player disputes amongst town members or people out-side of the town to avoid conflict.(Had seen previous conflicts in Euij, which could of been avoided by a proper system to defuse such confrontations.)

Third, taxes should be left to 5%... After all you do get back more for your dollar if the % is at a decent rate. Warehouse spaces are another issue. The ideal goal would be one per resident, but if you are having problems with space, you can forum pm me and explain your situation for why you should need an additional warehouse space.

Fourth, I'm sure the town won't get to a max of 100 players, maybe 80 or so meaning there will be spots for alternate characters in the town. I'd like to have around 1-2 of each pd to keep things sound. So, you may see a person with two characters in the town. If for whatever reason you want to have a second character in the town due to various moods of leveling I wouldn't mind as long as a majority of the townies agreed to it.

Fifth, Events, I'm all for having them... But, first we should try to find a time that suits a large portion of the townmates so that everyone gets an equal chance at having fun. If a sound time can't be found I will split the event day. I'll be taking suggestions for what everyone considers to be a decent event, along with some surprise activities of my own.

Sixth, the level requirement to the town shouldnt be a problem. If you have a will to grow, and are around a decent amount atleast seven hours a week then I will be inclined to allow a player as low as level 30 to join the town. If this isnt to some player's liking we can always revise it later on.

Seventh, Almost forgot to add this XD. As for town heads, I'll start off with picking people who have had experience with joining them. However, I'll want a list of players who are interested in having a head position for such and such building. After about three weeks i'll alternate and have someone from the list become that town head... I'll also lay on the responability of the last town head to teach the that person the ropes. This way atleast everyone can have a chance to see the dynamics of running a building atleast once.

Perk Number 1 : Voting power. You have voting advantage during town chief meetings and may also be the one placing a certain election representative in the advantageous side.
Perk Number 2 : Stock Dividend money. You gain money within a certain number of days, amount increases with larger number of stocks, currently values are unknown.

Just to update for the people interested, there's only less than 14 hours to subscribe to the stocks that will be given randomly! If you don't manage to get the stocks they will pay back the 100,000 marbles.. otherwise you will win an asset that may be worth millions later.
And remember to stay online alittle before June 13th 1:00AM GMT!
As a asset or voting power, these stocks will be useful in the long run.

Edit : Please disagree for Once =/
