It seems the bug has fixed it self..............But when I got my Range book.odly. I got one skill. Is That normal.?

depends on waht lvl u are assassin/warrior get skills at lvl 10,13 after this every 5 lvl
for mage you get skills at lvl 10,12, after this every 5 lvl

when u reach the skill lvl in ur quest book u will notice a skill quest u have to talk to the job npc and get the quest complete the quest and u get the new skill simple as that
