is there only 1 town in RYL 2 or ?

On the first map there is only one main town with npcs. However, there are a few places on the map with just a general merchant and also a town in the northern frozen steppes with armor merchants and stuff.

On the second and third maps each race has 2 towns, the first is the one you teleport to which has a few npcs for quests and a general merchant but then there is green(mp2) and black (mp3) wales for the humans which has all the merchants in, and (dark- mp3)claushuz.
