The avatar settings needs to be fixed! when you try to link the avatar off a site it says "Remote file uploads have been disabled."

They're going to at some point. The site is still being fixed up, give it time.

I cant get the damn avatar i want, since i cant use *.bmp images.

It's not a bug at all. We have currently disabled off-site image linking. Just simply upload the image from your computer directly to the site.

This will be changed in the future.

I've noticed that too. So all I do is take the image stright from my computer.
