I was trying to get a new game underway with a programmer I thought was reliable, well that didn’t turn out so well. So I went looking around on Yahoo, Google, and a few other search browsers. Well here I am on this site hoping to find some major help, and get my ideas for this game underway, and off the ground. I will give you the jest of the game, so no one can go and steal my idea. Also this may help separate those that can and those that can’t help me get this off the ground and get it running.

The basics of the game:

It’s a mix between a few different games I normally play online, with some changes, so no copyrighted laws are broken. It will have a shooting range to get points/money, sniping contests between different crews, a traveling zone, to go shopping for items, banking, housing, training, etc. There are a number of employment opportunities in such fields as law, criminal, entertainer, and so on. Close to what’s in the real world, only when and if you get shot or killed, you can always come back and take revenge, nice touch on that one.

My email is seemstress_sf@yahoo.com please no jokers, I’m very serous about getting this MMORPG underway and off the ground. I believe it will be a very popular game for the future. Please contact me with for any information you may need, and anyway you can help me with getting this underway.

You should provide more information about your game if you're expecting an answer here.

There is a sticky that explains how help requests should be laid out. But, the biggest question you'll get here is, "what can you do?"

Everyone has ideas and most often, they would rather work on those than create someone else's for them.

Also, there is rarely such a thing as a "new" idea. And if it is a new idea, you won't have to worry about someone stealing it. Most likely, they've already thought of it and thought it was stupid. It's your job to prove to them that they were mistaken. (see the quote in my sig...and if anyone knows who said that, could you let me know? I can't remember for the life of me.)
