Ok guys im having a bit o' trouble, heres the situation. Im a lv 16 Warrior/Monk and im trying to get to 20, well you might be asking, whats his problem. Well you see here untill im lv 20 nobody will take me for the maindland mission(s). Oh i forgot to mention i only have Factions. Anyway i've done every single quest in Shing-Jea island but now i dont have any way to lv with. I've tried grinding on the monster in ShingJea and in the mainland, but in Shing Jea they are to weak to give me almost any EXP, and in the mainland theyr to strong for me. So can you guys help me out and tell me what to do?:3

Also please dont tell me to just go but Prophecies or Nightfall because i do not have the money to pruchase them.

One word: quests. On the mainland there are tons of 3k xp quests and many are not even too hard to do. If you don't have a friend to tag along with you and help, let your henchies take the aggro on the Afflicted, take it easy and be sure to be away when they blow up.

Hmm ill see if that will work but so far the henchies always die.:(

As far as I remember, I left Shing Jea completing all the quests and was at level 19. One or two quests on the mainland and I was at max level. Don't forget to get your extra attribute points from the two quests on shing jea too. Good luck. If you still find trouble, try getting masters for all the missions in shing jea too.

Join a guild,
Versus Bosses or versus hard people with ur guild members,
but i dont have fraction so i cant really tell ya anything fancy

ok well everything they have said is helpfull. do you have max armor? if not save up about 16k and get someone to get you to kaineng center and buy their max armor it will help you out alot. Although your lvl 16 i dont know why noone will take u on quests out their my ele lvl 13 is almost to the first mission on the mainland. i did it all with henchies.

It seems that you have not done all the quests, since your lvl 16 and laready to go to the mainland.

Did you go through all the first and second quests of each secondary profession? This is where a lot of players make their mistake. Even though the first part of each professions quest is gives lowsy EXP, the second part does give you a nice size of EXP. Also in the end, when you are to meet Master Togo, its basically a free 500. So 500 x 7 =3500. Completeing all the first and second parts of each secondary professions quests will give you about 2-3 levels more, depending on your existing level when you go do these.

Also, how about doing some of the missions over again? If memory serves me, you still can get exp from them even after you succeeded in them. Me, I got to do the last island mission cause I only got 1/3 ranks in it. I kept the mission idle while I was cooking, 47 minutes upon completion.

I do have a few more quests to do on the island and I am at lvl 18 ATM.

Do the missions again, there are a good source of EXP. Unless you cant get the same exp from them again........ Does anyone know if you can? I do know that in Prophecies you can or could.... well its been a while since the first time I played GW (Upon release of Prophecies).
