How do I view my replays? They show up in my documents as a GZR file. Do I ened to download something to view them?

Enter gunz, and at the bottem left, you will see replays... Self explanitory.

I am looking for a way to view them outside of GunZ. I already knew about viewing them in game. I am more or less looking to put them on youtube or something, what if I wanted to do that? How can I view the replays in windows media player or something of that sorts? That, more speficaly, is what I am looking for.
