the red bar under ur hp/sp bar is ur rage bar when u have a job and when its full u press ur rage/demon button (check key set up for ur key)
where in rage form u will be glowing and ur atk/def will increase
and also if ur wondering what do sealed items do they are for upgrading ur weapons / armors u fill the sealed items up to 100% then go to bookkeeper and upgrade ur weapons i suggest u to save ur sealed items and use thema round lvl 30 hope this helps

yes thats correct. from time to time monsters will have souls you can collect that heal you, for example green/blue heal mp.

red souls = increase ur rage bar by alittle
purple souls = goes into ur sealed item to help fill it up to 100%
green souls = +40% sp increase when picked up
blue sousl = +20% sp increase when picked up
