what do u mean exactly by gather like getting items and stuff?
well my exp with blader is that they train alittle slower than other jobs but there realy good for pvp and killing bosses
when playing blader i use alittle more pots but finding all items balances out
bladers = good for 1 on 1
sword = good for mobs

Just to give some guides for who want to be a blade warrior.

there is very less bladers in the game, cause ppl find it hard to play and train.
