The Japan Version is bind on contract laws, too. The IP block for e.g. European and USA players in the Japan version is planned for this month... latest beginning of next month.

i already know about the jap cabal IP block plan, thats why i dont waste my time on it. i got a email from them a few months ago saying about the ip block and other stuff...etc. etc.

According to Cabal Database global is dead, supposedly there wasn’t enough interest in the licence so the site is going to be taken offline in the not too distant future. Though the notice on Game&Game could also make it seem like its been sold allready to an unmentiond company.

if that does happen just sign a pettition for global and post it on their forums they might change their mind

good to see ya again muf, well i got that email ages ago from gamepot coz of some private reasons...but yeah it was long time ago i dont remember 100% of the details in it nor did i save the email since it's not important to me anyway.

That only means that GnG aren't hosting the game anymore. The developers of Global Cabal online must have found another publisher.

Thats what I'm hoping, but conidering there may be the posibility that it hasn't been bought for some reason. I'm just waiting now for some announcement of the publisher.

to my knowledge the reason there hasnt been any announcments is cause a publisher hasn't yet bought cabal online global...... as it seems, Global cabal is dead.

also as i said i do not remember 100% of what the mail was about, but it did talked about IP restriction...mayb it was talking about a diffrient game not Cabal? well that i can never be sure...and cool down ppl...no need to use harsh languages...

IT needs to come out soon! Cabal has raised my expectations for free MMORPGs and i cant find anything as fun...so much rumors going around about the global version talking about them not having a publisher and what not...and i talked to a guy who works for an mmorpg review site and he said the open beta will release sometime in april but im not sure if he was lieing bcuz he said he was a lvl 105 mage and the grand master of mages for the closed beta....and also said he had the best cape in the game.....i hope hes tellin the truth bcuz im tired of waiting for it to ocme out
