(1) BASIC INFORMATION
Definition of Guild in GO
Clan system that gathers players that have same interests and objectives together. This community can be strengthened through various function of the Guild System.
Structure of a Guild
1.Minumum of 1 member [Guild Master]
2.Maximum of 20 members
3.Guild Master[1], Senior Master[1], Superior[5], other members
Alliance Guild
Each guild can have a maximum of 10 alliance guilds at one time
Enemy Guild
Each guild can have a maximum of 10 Enemy guilds at one time
Leaving the Guild
1. Player may leave his/her current guild anytime
2. Player can be expelled from the guild by Guild Master or Senior Master
3. A Guild Master may leave the guild by dismissing his/her current guild or passing the authority of Guild Master to
someone else
4. Player will not be able to create a new guild or join any other guild within 24 hours after he/she left the guild.
Guild Emblem
1. To access to the Guild Emblem, simply click [F] key > Guild > Emblem
2. The Guild Emblem is only eligible for players who belong to the particular guild
3. Size of Emblem: 16x16[pixel], [files in bmp, jpg are usable]
4. Only Guild Master can purchase the [Emblem Register Scroll] from [Bookstore Keeper] to place Guild Emblem. Each token costs 1,000,000 gold.

(2) INFO FOR GUILD MASTER
Creating a Guild
1st Requirement: Level 40 and above
2nd Requirement: Rank of 40 and above
3rd Requirement: Have joined either one force (Force of Order/Force of Chaos)
4th Requirement: Have completed the guild creation quest
5th Requirement: 5 million gold
Guild Creation Quest
Player can obtain the quest from either [Helen] (Force of Order) or [Edwin] (Force of Chaos)
Reasons of Unsuccessful Guild Creation
1. Have not joined any force
2. Rank level is below 40
3. Does not meet the requirements above (Creating a Guild)
4. Have not execute or complete the guild creation quest
Number of Guild Member
Guild Level: This function will be opened after the implementation of Guild War.
Number of Member: 20
Guild Name
1. Only English (alphabets) name is allowed
2. The name of guild cannot be changed once it is confirmed
3. Word limit of the name would be the maximum of 12 byte
4. No special characters, foul language, repetition names are allowed
Authority of a Guild Master
1. Decide the in take and expel of members
2. The Guild Master will be automatically expelled from the guild if he/she passes the authority of Guild Master to his/her S Master
3. Decide the ranking of member (S Master (Senior Master) > Superior > Member)
4. Declare and terminate a guild war
5. Declare to start a Siege War (Have not been implemented)
6. Dismiss of the guild
Dismissing the Guild
1. All members will be automatically expelled from the guild once the guild has been dismissed.
2. There will be no penalty [Reduction of Rank] during the guild war.
3. Once the guild has been dismissed, other guild can use the same name to create a new guild.

(3) INFO FOR GUILD MEMBER
Requirement/Procedure of Joining a Guild :
1. Level 10 and above and has changed job
2. Under the same force (Force of Order/ Force of Chaos) with the guild that player intends to join
3. Apply to join the guild through the [Guild Info] found on member on the particular guild
Apply/Create
- Register Guild List under [ Alliance]
1. Key in the names of guilds after selecting [ Alliance] and [Enemy] guilds
2. Both parties (your guild and the alliance guild) will be added into the guild list of each o ther (under Alliance) when you register for an Alliance Guild (similar with Friend List).
3. When you register for an Enemy Guild, the other party will not realize about your action as the name of your guild will not appear on its Enemy Guild list.
4. There are only 40 spaces in the Guild List where you can register for 20 Alliance Guilds and 20 Enemy Guilds.
- Declare/Start the Guild War
1. Select the registered guild that you would like to fight against through Interact > Guild > Alliance and click [Start Guild War]
2. The guild that receives [Start Guild War] invitation will receive a message to confirm if it would like to start the war .
3. Guild War can only be launched in the 10th Channel of the server .
4. Battle Field: All the fields except indoor areas such as buildings of Order, Chaos, Doctor location, Internal Titiwangsa/Battle Arena/Internal Genting Inn/Market place
5. Play-time: 2 minutes for warming up; 15 minutes for real battle
6. Penalty: When a player is KO-ed in the field, he/she lost EXP. However, if the war is launched in village, then he/she will not suffer EXP loss
7. Use of assorted restoration items is available
8. One of the Pet functions that enable it to protect its master is not available
9. IDs of your guild members will be displayed in blue whereas IDs of opposing guild members will be displayed in red.
- Stop the Guild War
1. Select the war that you wish to stop and click [Stop Guild War] button
2. The guild that receives [Stop Guild War] invitation will see a window to confirm if it would like to stop the war

(4)THE GUILD WAR
How to Start a Guild War
(i) Agreement
1. War invitation will not be sent if Guild Master of the registered guild is not around
2. Guild Master from both parties should be in the game in order to start a war
(ii) War Invitation
1. Select an enemy guild by clicking [F] key > Guild > Alliance (Guild List). Then, click [Start War] to send a war invitation
2. The other party that receives the invitation will decide if it agrees to start a war with your guild
Rules of Guild War
1. There will be 2 minutes preparation time after both parties agreed to start a war. Meanwhile, 1 minute before the war, count down messages will start showing for every 10 seconds
2. The Guild Master will not be able to add or expel any member once the war has started
3. Guild with below 5 members will not be able to declare war
4. In order for players to differentiate their own guild members/players from opposing guild, IDs of all involved players will be changed till the end of the war.
* You will not be able to use [Return Scroll], [Trade] or access to the [GO Item Mall] during the guild war.
Termination of Guild War
1. When the war is going on, only Guild Masters from both parties have the authority to call an end to the war.
2. Guild Master who intends to stop the war should send a [Stop War] invitation to the other party. The guild war can be terminated once the Guild Master from the other party accepted the invitation and agreed to terminate the war.
3. Judgment for [Win] or [Lose]
Win/Lose in Guild War
Win
1. The guild that has obtained higher score after the guild war has been going for 15 minutes will be the winner in that particular guild war
Draw
1. The guild war will be ended in a draw when one party sends a [Stop War] invitation and the other party agrees to terminate the war
2. The war will be going on for 15 minutes. It will be a draw for both guilds if both guild have same score when the war ends
Lose
1. A guild will be declared lose if its Guild Master logoff from the game or end the game when the war is still going on
2. A guild will be declared lose if the total guild members left in the team is less than 4
4. How to Accumulate Rank (Important)

Rank is equals to the reputation/comment of a player in the game. It will increase and reduce depending on the good or bad actions done by him/her.
